Edison` letterhead, Orange (New Jersey), 21.11.1922, reply letter to Mr. Starrett - inter alia concerning jobbing territory `owned by us`, signed in black ink "Thos A. Edison", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a vintage matte-finish photograph, shows Thomas Edison in a beautiful half length portrait (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with intersecting folds, pinholes to the upper left corner, puncher holes and small tears to the upper edge and signs of wear to the edges of the photo - in nearly fine condition. "Dear Mr. Starrett: I have received your letter of Nov. 19th in which you say you expect to be through there by Thanksgiving, and that you think it would be well to allow you to spend a week in Boston going over the whole thing with Mr. Silliman. All right. Leave your territory in good condition and report as soon as practical. I am thinking of sending you to Indiana. We own that territory. After that I may send you to the Pacific Coast, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Portland, Ore. This jobbing territory is also owned by us. Yours very truly, - Thos A. Edison"
