Moritz in New York, concerning `The House Beautiful`, signed in black ink " Channing Pollock", mounted for fine display with a photograph (the signature on the photograph is a print!), shows the American playwright at a desk (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with two vertical letter folds, a paper-clip mark to the upper edge and scattered stains - in nearly fine condition.
