Letter signed, one page - with integral address sheet and wax seal, 7,75 x 9,5 inch, Rome, 13.01.1819, in Latin, Pope Pius VII sends a Greeting and an Apostolic Benediction to the `dear daughter Paula Loccatelli Pichi` in Ancona, signed at the conclusion as Cardinal Ottoboni in black ink "Pius PP. VII", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a portrait picture of Pope Pius VII (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with intersecting letter folds, and mild signs of wear along the left edge - in fine condition. Accompanied by the original envelope. "Pius PP. VII. Dilecta Filia* Salutem et Apostolicam Benedictionem = Riceviamo i di Lei cortesi ufficii, e siamo persuasissimi della sincerita dei voti che forma per la Nostra conservazione. Non lasciamo di esprimerlene ogni nostra Riconoscenza, mentre con paterno affetto compartiamo a Lei ed a tutta la Famiglia la paterna Nostra Apostolica Benedizione. Datum Roma apud S. Mariam Jajorem die 13 Januarii Anni 1819. Pontificatus Nostri Anno XIX Pius PP.
