Autographed letter signed, one page, 5,25 x 7 inch, October 1942, in French, to an unidentified correspondent - Honegger writes a statement concerning Carmen Forte (violinist and professor of music), certifying that her situation has suffered due to ongoing events, and remarking that there has been "a very noticeable change with a very important decrease of her teaching classes, many of the students not being able to afford the cost of the class, while Mrs Forte keeps on making them work graciously" (translated), written and signed in black ink "A. Honegger", mounted for fine display with a photograph, shows Arthur Honegger in a bust portrait (altogether 11,75 x 8,25 inch), with a horizontal letter fold and very mild signs of wear - in fine to very fine condition.
