Payment

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please email brandes@autogramme.com .
If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.

Returns

Return your order to us within 14 days. Complete with covering letter and a copy of the original invoice. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer. Certain products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued.

If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. We will refund the return postage for items found to be faulty.

If an item is faulty on delivery contact Markus Brandes Autographs GmbH immediately to explain the fault. We'll either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer. Any burden of proof is on the side of the customer.
